The Department of Housing is diligently working on preparing all pre-applications for the Section 8 and Rental Assistance Program (RAP) lottery. Due to the incredible volume of pre-applications received, the Department expects to conduct the lottery in the second half of October and begin notifying all individuals that submitted a pre-application shortly thereafter.
