Domestic Violence Awareness, Support, and Prevention

 

Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm

 

This important session is designed to equip employers, business owners, managers, Human Resource professionals, supervisors, and attorneys with the knowledge and tools they need to support employees impacted by Domestic Violence (DV). 

 

The seminar will cover several key areas, including:

  • Understanding Domestic Violence: Overview of DV, its impact on individuals and the workplace
  • Statutes and Legislation: Key laws and regulations related to DV in the workplace
  • Identifying Signs of DV: recognizing indicators and symptoms of DV among employees
  • Creating a Safe Workplace: Practical approaches to assist and support employees affected by DV
